I appreciated the friendly staff and the beautiful upgraded room, it felt very cute. The breakfast was LOVELY, i enjoyed the suggestions given for local restaurants since the hotel did not serve other meals. The bar pricing was reasonable. I sat in the garden for a drink and enjoyed the open space.

The small size of my room was not as expected. The bed was up against the wall, so I had to crawl over to get out when I needed the toilet. The room felt smaller than a standard bathroom with a bed.

the room was nice and clean it featured a huge comfy bed. breakfast was superb staff were quick and attentive.

our room was near a communal corridor door it slammed shut and was very loud. some fittings needed tlc the bathroom shelf was wobbly.

finding the hotel was simple! the receptionist gave a very warm welcome! she helped me so much! my room looked like an alpine ski chalet! after breakfast, a guest almost wandered into my room! he thought it was a sauna in the garden!

the bar service ended quite early. i arrived at 10.35pm, but the bar closed at 10.30. i was looking forward to having a late drink. it would be great if the bar stayed open a bit later!

the decor presented a very interesting style throughout the building I was impressed by the unique touches in the rooms I found a kit kat and hot chocolate provided as nice amenities the staff efficiently sorted out specific parking needs and proved helpful.

i found only a slight issue with the bathroom setup the bathroom was spacious but seemed somewhat impractical i noted the absence of a heater which led to it being cold.

excessive feeinconsiderate guests

the parking fee felt excessive for just fourteen hours i experienced interruptions throughout the night with people returning late and creating disturbances above my room there were no signs reminding guests to be considerate of others i mentioned this to the staff but they dismissed it saying it wasn't their responsibility the hairdryer was also difficult to locate adding to my frustration
